What is the deadline? How much time do I have left?

I have two week's left and i have to complete the mechanical assembly part of the motor and packaging. After this i will be making vedio and slide for my final project

What task have to be completed What tasks remain?

I have completed input devices board and ouput devices board.

Working of stepper motor has been tested.

Communication of input device with input board is tested.

I have to complete the mounting of stepper motor.

Packaging of the product is to be completed.

Presentation slide and vedio is to be completed.

How will I complete the remaining tasks in time?

I have enough time to complete the remaining task. Electronics part of my project is working fine. I will complete the design of mounting of motor in parallel with slide and vedio.

What has worked? What hasnt?

All the electronics part is working fine. I have to work on the number of rotation of the motor to open the curtains.

What questions still need to be resolved?

My first question is how to make my project into complete product.

How i can make my project commercial.

Learnings

Initially i thought my project will take less time to complete but it took me more time. Basically mechanical design portion of my project has taken more time. So things which seems to be easy initailly becomes harder when you go for implementation. So devide your time equally for each portion.
